  • Standards-Led Design

    Engineering governed by applicable international codes — ASHRAE, NFPA, EN and ISO — with load calculation, simulation and documented basis of design before equipment selection.

  • BIM as Contract Tool

    Revit models treated as coordination instruments with defined LOD and issue status — federated models, clash resolution and construction-issue documentation, not presentation geometry.

  • Peer-Checked Outputs

    Construction issue packages reviewed internally before release — calculation cross-check, drawing audit and coordination records prepared to tender and handover standard.

    Central plant, air handling and zone systems — load calculation, ductwork sizing, psychrometric analysis and equipment schedules to construction issue.

  • Fire Protection

    Sprinkler layout, smoke control and fire damper scheduling coordinated in Revit — aligned to NFPA 13, NFPA 92 and local authority requirements.

  • Plumbing

    Domestic water, drainage and process piping modelled with pressure loss verification and fixture unit calculations for multi-storey buildings.

  • BIM / Revit

    Federated Revit models with LOD definitions, MEP routing and construction-issue documentation for integrated building services.

  • Navisworks Coordination

    Clash detection, MEP routing resolution and pre-IFC coordination — documented before models are issued for construction.

  • MEP BIM Specialists

    Cross-discipline Revit production, model federation and construction-issue documentation for mechanical and electrical building services.

  • Energy Modellers

    Dynamic thermal simulation and whole-building energy modelling against ASHRAE 90.1, EN 16798 and ISO 52000 targets.

  • Building Performance

    Dynamic thermal simulation and energy modelling against ASHRAE 90.1, EN 16798 and ISO 52000 to validate system selection before design freeze.

  • Project Engineers

    Multi-discipline coordination, design delivery and technical documentation across MEP packages from schematic through construction support.

  • Commissioning

    Functional performance testing aligned to ASHRAE Guideline 0 — TAB verification, control sequence validation and handover records.

  • Technical Consultancy

    Design review, peer checking and owner-side advisory through tender, construction and commissioning phases.

What We Look For

  • Documentation Quality

    Schematics, schedules and specifications prepared to a standard unambiguous enough for competitive tender, site installation and operational handover.
